10/17 One of my close friends, Lany, told me that her cat passed away the day before yesterday due to deteriorating health condition. I know my friend had taken a good care of him. He had received the best care that my friend could give him. Here is the pictures of her cat. I can't believe her cat died at this young age. He just had his 2nd years birthday.According to the doctor, he might have accidentally swallowed a sharp object and that might have penetrated one of his lungs-- Although it didn't make much sense to me, the cat is truely not with us today. I hope he has rested in peace.

10/16 I'm dog tired today. I went to my internship place and to my client's home 'till 5 o'clock. My client lives in a really nice neighborhood. However, she apprantely didn't keep up her place too well. I thought I was going to suffocated there because she refused to open the window, and she was such a heavily smoker.... My code of ethic told me not to judge anyone and should treat everyone fairly. However, I wonder what my role there--- providing asistance to her ?? but what if she refuses to help herself... what should I do??
